RESERVATIONS
To make a reservation at Mountain Top click Book Now or you can call us at 902-532-2564. - We will need your name, address, email, phone number and a valid Visa or Master Card # with expiry date. For campers we will also need the size of your RV, trailer or tent.
GUARANTEE & NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $30 per cottage or $20 per campsite is charged to your credit card at the time the Reservation is made. This deposit will be applied to your invoice upon check-in. PLEASE NOTE: If using the same credit card to reserve multiple cottages/sites a deposit will be required for each cottage/site reserved. This same credit card is also held as a guarantee in case of no shows or damages.
Visa debit and similar cards can only be used in person upon check in. These cards cannot be used as a guarantee for a reservation.
CANCELLATIONS
We require a minimum of 2 weeks notice for a modification or cancellation on a cottage reservations and 1 weeks notice for a modification or cancellation on a campsite reservations. If there is a cancellation with less than the minimum notice, the credit card on file will be charged the full amount at the time of the cancellation, including tax, for the nights reserved. A refund minus the non-refundable deposit will be applied to the credit card on file for the nights we are able to re-book.
We do not give refunds for discomforts of nature or early departures.
